Quiet and simple hotel: just what you need. Great rooftop restaurant.

The family room was great, and the beds were hard but we like them this way. The bathroom is outside and thus gets very hot. The restaurant at the top has a superb view of the river and serves nice food. Interesting thing to do locally: "Street Art"

The taxi couldn't find the place, it is not accessible by car and you need to walk 100 m in a narrow lane. It doesn't feel safe when you arrive at night, but it is safe. There are no 7-Eleven, cafes or restaurants close by. There is only the rooftop restaurant and you need to book ahead for breakfast.

Its a good property considering the location. the rooftop bar is the gem of the property.

It's a very old building and no access to cars (since the alley is very narrow). You need to pay upfront at the time of check in which i have encountered for the fist time in Thailand (mind you i have visited Thailand multiple times). They will also ask you for deposit (refundable). The rooftop bar is not cheap ( food and drinks) . Room are clean which is a plus point and very close to china town ( 10 mins walk)

Great location but all in all not such a nice experience

Nice location and great rooftop bar with stunning sunset views.

Rooms are very noisy. Staff wasn' t so friedly. Breakfast 1/10.

Great value and area!

Great value for money and in a cool up and coming area with nice cafes, restaurants, street art etc. My room had been redone and had a hip decor

Its a bit noisy. My balcony door didnt close right and there was the noisy from the passing boat motors (even with ear plugs!)

Superb

Fantastic location. Big hotels would kill for the river view from the rooftop restaurant. Staff are great, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Beds are very comfortable and the food is excellent. The area is full of interest too, with narrow alleys, shops and cafes, great for just wandering around.

Could do with a bit of fresh paint in some areas but that's a very minor thing.

Great size rooms, cleaned everyday. Good locations to everything we wanted to visit. Would recommend & stay again. A very good breakfast too.

A good value for money choice in Chinatown

Area around hotel was great, its in a residential area very near to Chinatown and a few minutes walk from Yarowat road. Amazing views of the river from our balcony on floor 7 and the bar/restaurant on floor 8 also has fabulous views. We will stay again when we are in Bangkok.
