Very good

Busy few days seeing NYC and this was the perfect base.

Fabulous staff. Very helpful. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Great views.

Breakfast is OK but very busy and hectic.

Great stay

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Left our sunglasses by accident after checkout went back and these were kept safe and returned to us which we're grateful for. Didn't expect the morning que for breakfast which annoyed us a little because we weren't informed and turned up and were told it could be a long wait when we had a tour to attend. Would've planned differently if we were told beforehand. Generally though breakfast is good and lots of choice. Run very efficiently.

Size of room could have been a little bigger and not being told about the breakfast line system beforehand.

Great location, nice hotel, but I don't feel the need to stay there again with so many other options

Location was by far the biggest asset.

The rooms were a sterile because of the flooring (no carpeting). We stayed in the suite and the placement of the tub next to the bed, without a door to the bathroom, was really odd. There was no room service or place to get ice other than the mini-mart? off the lobby, which was not open 24/7.

Property was good. No bathroom on main floor an issue and restaurant on 3rd floor not evident.

Couldn't get into the restaurant. Wasn't clear on where it was.

No bathroom on the main floor. Really a pain to go down to the bathroom because elevators are not quick enough.

Huge shower and modern facilities

Great hotel right next to Times Square. Clean and modern rooms with everything that you need. The breakfast was awesome in this property. We have spent an entire month travelling so the food was a very welcome addition
