Exceptional

Amazing

It was a wonderful few days we spent at this hotel. It was very friendly, well decorated for Christmas and super helpful personal. Front desk accommodation was exceptional Bravo! We will always return to you!

Longer hours for restaurants and gift shop would be awesome to have where customers can buy gifts and snacks too.

Disappointing

Good central location, but prepare to bleed your wallet for basic amenities.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the aesthetic. Staff were friendly.

Hot water didnt work after the first day, and the engineer didnt fix it, nor were we offered to move to a new room. Service fee was automatically applied to everything, including just a soda, and then had to the nerve to ask for extra tip on the receipt. The people in the hotel room next to us thought it was a good idea to start knocking on our door at 11 PM, even after we told them to go away. Five dollar delivery fee for room service, just to go up in an elevator. Online it states breakfast is free when booking through Expedia, but clearly it is not. Breakfast food was not worth the cost of $40 per person, it wasnt above the level of free breakfast at a travelodge. Extra charge for wifi, in 2023 When the room was cleaned, they left dirty towels and didnt pick up the dirty glasses.

The food was good

Way over priced for what they offer small room bathroom door was stupid and didn't even shut all the way tv kept freezing beds weren't very comfortable shower head was dirty and it never said anything about paid parking just said parking available on site till we got there then find out its another $50 bucks a night on top of the expensive room charge haha yeah last time I'll ever stay there

Read reviews, you pay more for WIFI and parking that advertised

Location

Bed and pillows were rock hard, site said free WIFI then got there and had to pay 13$ a day for WIFI. Said there was secure parking but it was full so had to pay an extra $13 on top of the $50 for valet to park per day. With all the extras could have stayed at a nicer hotel with these things included.
