Cant lie, the couch in 2119 could have been better. Had some noticeable wear & tear. Nothing that I would personally nit pick about but it does take away from the overall aesthetic of the type of suite I had.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was great! I met some nice people and stayed in a nice room

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was very nice. I like the different styles of lighting in there. I wish it would have had a microwave along with the mini fridge So we could have warmed up leftover food. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of outlets to plug up any devices.

Wish it would have had a microwave in the room along with the fridge. The bathroom lighting was unique but could have been a little brighter.

We didn't like that there was no room service available and 2 of the 3 elevators were broken so we had to wait in line to catch the elevator.
