It was clean and comfortable. I will stay again

There was no breakfast also the room that I was in I couldn't sleep I was on the first floor facing the highway the noise from the traffic didn't let me sleep next time I go I prefer a second floor on the opposite side.

Worked out well, first time using your hotel.

Room set up and cleanliness. Parking and security.

Shower curtain needed to be replaced, my room was on the way in at end of building had to keep curtain closed, only staying for night but not ideal location.

The price was high and it had roaches.

I liked its proximity to Salem, Lexington/Concord and the other areas we visited. Also the restaurant right next to it, Kowloon, is fantastic.

The roaches in the room, the horrible water pressure, the fact that nothing ever felt really clean, the crappy sheets and bedding and the flattest pillows I've ever had to use. The radiator dial/screen was cracked so it was hard to make out if we had the heat or AC on or even what temperature the room was. They never gave us enough towels and we could hear our neighbors TV all night long.

The location to all surrounding massachusetts was good and close to everything you'd need.

My face cloth (for sensitive skin and medical condition) went missing, obviously picked up by cleaner and when trying to resolve this we kept getting passed to new people and struggled to come to an agreement on how to solve this. It's took 5 days before we got a managers email and were leaving still unresolved
