Location in the middle of the jungle.

Poor experience overall. Strange behavior of the reception staff trying to type the credit card details into the system both on the check in and and out. All of that despite our direct objections. Mediocre breakfast. Far from 5 stars in any means.

Our honeymoon at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a blend of warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Ped & Nam at the reception desk were exceptional. Their welcoming presence and eagerness to assist made us feel immediately at home, ensuring a smooth start to our honeymoon. The room we stayed in offered a breathtaking sunset view, living up to its reputation as one of the resort's finest rooms (according to staff). It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a captivating backdrop for our stay. Our dining experiences were delightful. The diverse range of restaurants satisfied our every want, with a special nod to Joy for elevating our dining experiences with her friendly service. Being at the resort for Christmas was a highlight, particularly the grand Christmas Eve buffet. Thi's thoughtful guidance and attentive care made us feel truly cherished during the festive celebrations. Mornings were enriched by Zara's genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her engaging conversations and personal service set a positive tone for each day, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Separately, Nick's infectious energy was a joy to experience. His vibrant personality shone particularly during a Thai street food event hosted by the resort, creating yet another memorable moment for us. In summary, Rawi Warin Resort & Spa is not just a luxurious destination but a sanctuary where special memories are crafted. We wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking an superb experience. Amazing, would return

This is our second time at the property after visiting in April and I can honestly say its one of the best places weve ever stayed. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make your experience unforgettable. They are also the nicest people weve come across at any other hotel in Thailand. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and breathtaking to walk around. The food served around the pool and in the restaurants is amazing - noticeably more expensive than other places but shouldnt put you off as the quality is reflected in the price - the infinity pool is our favourite feature and looks out into the sea for some scenic views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The only issue we can find about the property is just how high up our room is which is easily resolved by asking for the cart to take you up - which is something we didnt want to do all the time - if this concerns you, perhaps speaking to the hotel about having a room further down could benefit you.

Wonderful resort at reasonable cost

Amazing resort - the most friendly and polite staff, even for Thailand where people are more friendly in general.

Only downside is that the extra services like minibar and laundry are too expensive.

Amazing place to stay in Ko Lanta

- beautiful resort with a lot of nature and directly at the beach - the friendliest staff (the drivers and personal at the brealfast restaurant even memorized our room number) - breakfast was great (mix of thai and international food) - we had the best massage at the spa - there was a free golf cart shuttle to the room (ours was quite far up the hill)

- the internet wasnt great - maybe you could add some vegan/gluten-free alternatives at breakfast, like oat milk or gluten-free bread - our bathroom was a little dark, since there was only one small window
