The Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center is praised for its fantastic location and helpful staff. While breakfast was satisfactory, dinner options were limited. Guests loved the spacious, clean, (Read More) and well-appointed rooms with breathtaking city views. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals and the rooftop bar was a perfect place to relax. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The hotel is clean and recently refurbished, with highly recommended staff. The only downside is the busy and unattractive surroundings.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. This time my experience wasnt great. The room was a bit old and the air conditioner wasnt working in my room. No air coming out of the vents. Maintenance came to check and they couldnt fix it. It was only one night and I was exhausted so didnt request a new room. I think as this is a global brand hotel they shouldnt have put this room in operation. The guest shouldnt be spending time reporting issues and requesting to change rooms etc

Wouldn't stay again

The hotel has nice facilities, is well located, and has comfy beds. The staff accommodated any request I had.

Not at all worth the price. The staff was a bit rude and off-putting (maybe because I am queer, but this is important for travelers to know), the rooms had several things breaking, and a few little things like a room service menu missing in the room were what make this a sub-par five-star hotel.

It was our last night in Casablanca and couldnt have asked for a better accomodation.

Staff were very helpful. Room service was quick and value for money. The pool deck was beautiful.

The stay was uncomfortable as I couldn't contact reception or room service from my room. I had informed the hotel in advance, requesting a clean and prepared room. Upon check-in, we had to wait for staff to rearrange the beds as we asked for separate beds in both rooms. We had to request sheets and toiletries twice, and still didn't receive all the toiletries. Upon returning at night, we discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. The most disturbing part was receiving an extra duvet with blood stains on it. I do not recommend this hotel. While I initially considered booking again, I've changed my mind and would not recommend it.
