I was gone for about a day and a half, came back to my room so hot I had to open the window and the door, it was at least 120 in there. This is not an exaggeration for I couldnt even breathe going in there. The heat was set on 65 but I dont think it shut off the whole time I was gone and was on when I came back into the room. It took about 4 hours before it actually cooled down to normal temperature. I let the person at the front know. This isnt a complaint but I believe the thermostat in their heater units are faulty.

Clean, nice property. Unacceptable staff

The breakfast options were okay, but the food was cold (sausage, eggs)and undercooked. Desk manager was awful. Extremely rude to my family and many other families we met up with there. The man was flat out terrible at hospitality. Everyone was an inconvenience to him and he skulked around following and watching everyone. He made it very uncomfortable for the guests. Even people outside of our group said they would not stay there again.

The desk clerk/manager was awful. Worst I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in a lot of hotels.

very pleasant

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean as well. I was impressed the beds were very comfortable, too. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub there. Overall very happy with this particular hotel.

Could have had additional fruits for breakfast. Maybe bananas and oranges, All they had was apples for fresh fruit. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Overall, nice hotel, located beside interstate. Would stay again.

Very clean. Rooms were very nice. Pool and hottub area was enjoyed.

Breakfast didnt open up until 6am. Would have preferred maybe a 5am start with a quick coffee/muffin before hitting the road.

These people took money out my account for saying there's was smoking in the room over a cup has a cigarette butt and my helper use the cup outside because there's no Garbage cans or cigarette Disposal outside so they didn't want to throw butt on the ground so they Brought the cup inside to dispose of it so I got charged for that I don't smoke also if your black they will be watching you too thats a problem too!!

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Large size room.

No sheets, blankets or pillows in room for sofa bed. King size bed was hard. Small pillows. Toilet flush handle kepts sticking which would make the toilet keep running. Outside of building could use some TLC.
