Disappointing

Second room lovely but outside balcony not sweeped. Didnt seem very clean.

Lovely balcony apartment Great view, staff friendly

Terrible bed . Suppose to be king but was two singles joined together with a big lump in the middle very uncomfortable. Too soft as well no support . The first unit had kitchen facilities but smelt of cooking smells , asked to be moved as no fresh air, no windows that opened, air conditioning didnt work properly. The balcony appt was nice , good view and fresh air.

Superb

Excellent value for money. Although its a couple blocks from the waterfront it is close to good coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We checked out after 7 days and moved to another property closer to the waterfront but wished we had stayed here.

Not much that we didn't like. A 2-3 seater couch in the lounge of the apartment would be better than the 2 seats.

We had 3 separate bookings since we added a night to the start of our accommodation and then added a extra night to the end. We requested a move from our first room since opening the curtains let everyone using the pool direct eye contact into our room. The room was very dark even with all lights switched on. Similar issue with the second room but gym users instead of pool users. Fridge made a noise through the night. The bed was old and concaved into the middle. Difficult to get any sleep. Description of the room on booking.com did not match the room. Lobby images don't represent actual room quality.

Very good

I always love staying at the motel, love the art, and the pool.

The service was really quick, we loved being able to cook in our room and have lovely family meal.

We didnt have any teatowels in our room and called for some to be bought up.

Great views and location

Great location, picturesque view of the harbour, the lobby was filled with amazing gallery art, our stay was very brief so we did not experience all the amenities of the hotel. Very comfortable bed in a spacious and nicely decorated room.

Cleaners missed a few things in our room, such as a used straw and paperclip on the carpet. Attention to detail lacked, had to call reception for face flannels and body wash when I needed a shower late at night, they were happy to deliver to me, but I had to wait.
