Could have been amazing. Room was a downfall

The location, car service and food

Room we booked didnt have any aircon working (room was hotter then the hallway) When moved rooms late at night we got downgraded to a small room without balcony

Lightining of the room , too dark and the bathroom tubes very old and noisy, i think they need to renovate bathroom tubes and shower.

Functional, but ultimately overpriced stay

Location was ideal, the lobby looked amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable. my wife liked the pool.

Dimly lit room, air-conditioning not adjustable, parking system a shambles, one basin in room 661 is cracked, If there was an ice machine, it was not accessible or findable.
