Very good

Very good location, close to the exposition centre and metro line to the city centre. Good WiFi connection (to US standards) Very good and fast communication.

Not so homely neighbourhood. Not so friendly-written initial instructions.

Disappointing

Huge extremely loud party next door going strong past 10:00pm. Hope I eventually get to sleep.

Location to LA Coliseum.

One of the shower was either extremely cold or hot. No in-between temp.

LA for a day.

Decent price for a quick 1 day trip.. We weren't there much to use the Space ,but it seemed as described..facility wise.

Address is a little tricky..with 3.. 41st streets a block away..A St. Dr. And "Place" .which Uber didnt really know or ever find perfectly. Hopefully they have it figured out now. Parking on site etc seemed as described. Host was a great helping out. Place was clean..and Visit was fine.

20 minute walk to USC, clean, safe and comfortable.

Excellent reception, great comfortable room, mini fridge in the room, fully stocked kitchen, fun vending machines, many available bathrooms, good location, good price.

Overall I I truly appreciated the affordability of the place , having fridge in our room, and proximity to our daughter

I like how the property is affordable and within walking distance of USC. I also appreciate that our room was secured with a lock and access code as well as a fridge to keep groceries. It was also nice to have a kitchen with cookware/utensils etc so you can prepare mags the way you want

I didnt like that i didnt see house keepers around or that things were not regularly replenished in bathroom. Also since kitchen is shared, some guests left dirty dishes around and there werent clear guidelines on whats covered by cleaning fee etc

Excellent all round. Cleanliness was perfect, the house is very nicely appointed with everything you're likely to need including a large TV in your room, with access to Netflix and Prime, washing machines, full kitchen/cooking facilities, plus vending machines providing most things you are likely to need at reasonable prices. The hosts were helpful but unobtrusive. Excellent value and a good location just south of downtown LA.

The only tiny criticism would be that the lighting in my room was a little dim.
