No good service and prices are high

Comfortable rooms Good quantity of food

Staff not professional enough, too many mistakes: - One room was not booked and it took one hour to fix the issue. - Several errors when we ordered food, service extremely long (>1hr), missing plates. - Taxi arrived late and the rate was not ok with the driver because they did not mention the number of passengers, - Globally service is very slow.

The stay was fine. The waiter/ess are nice and kind. Front desk could use a bit more training.

The bf here is ok. Like you can order the ultimate bf and a few things are good others just ok. It would also be nice for guest services to let you know if they are substituting something in your order or if it just is not available since you are expecting what is on the menu.

The beans (cold) and the sausage. Thought it was chicken sausage order as that was on the menu, I got beef or for all I Know it could of been pork.
