I had an unpleasant stay for 5 days. Will not stay here anymore.

I have to change room for 3 times 1) Room 2605 was given at check and toilet is smelly and air condition not functioning. Stayed one night without air con. Advised by the maintenance guy the compressor was spoilt. 2) Moved to Room 2609 on the same floor and informed by the receptionist Mr Romzi that the room was perfect. We had a sleepless night as the air condition was not working. I requested them to upgrade my room but the receptionist not able to confirm as need to check with manager. But there was no follow up. Next day I check with the reception again and was told that the room can be upgraded but we were not informed on this. We have to sleep in the room with no aircond again. 3) Finally moved to room 3001 and was informed by the manager Mr Danny that the compressor on the 26 floor is not working. I was not compensated for the 3 nights of unpleasant stay. He just said sorry that we have to encounter with such situations. Hoping booking.com can look into this. I need some compensation. The hotel is run down and not suitable for 4 star grading. WiFi only available in the room and reception on the 25 floor. Used to have at the coffee house and concierge area on ground floor. Poor service only one receptionist on duty.

I have very disappointed due to not having a good sleep and your staff do not understand Eiglish wel

Location is good. My room was very noisy could not sleep well due to very noisy of the lift.

You should found a solution for the noisy lift other wise I will not come to stay there to my next vist in KL

Enjoyable stay tho there are hiccups. Will come back.

Location is best. Near to many eateries, shops n shopping malls tho the shops n malls are not the type of modern hip ones. And surprisingly the hotel is attached to a small mall where u can have meals/fast food if too lazy to walk far. Trains too not far a distant.

No swimmimg pool. Taxis or grabcar take longer time to reach hotel coz the hotel is located along a busy street. The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing causing the drivers find difficulties to drive-in to the hotel front n make them miss the entrance. Well... when they couldn't find or miss the entrance, they cancel our booking coz to make one big round to come back to the entrance takes longer time. The hotel should put bigger signage (maybe with lights) for easier entrance to the hotel.
