Superb

A hidden gem in the heart of KL

The location is perfect. Very close to Persiaran KLCC MRT station and Ampang Park LRT station. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Checkin process very smooth and less waiting time. The way they manage the breakfast is excellent! Despite many customer, they very well manage the breakfast arrangement, starting from registration and table assignment. Food is always available and freshly bake croissant is the best part! Swimming pool is a bit dirty but the other facilities are clean and well maintained. Room is spacious, clean and fully functioning . You can do light cooking as all utensils are provided and usable. I reheated my pizza in the oven, which I didnt expect earlier that the oven going to work! Nice!!

This facility is not my next choice for next time and its advertisement is more than its reality.

Just location and staffs. Property is not quite luxury, clean, and well arranged. There is no any good lobby area, every time is crowded and there is no any bar, restaurant and buffet there.

It was not clean, all of drained did not work properly in showers and WCs. Carpet very dirty, air conditioners very noisy and their efficiency quite low. You should be very lucky your neighbour room doesnt cook, other vies you should enjoy the strong smell of garlic, onion, and Carrie from their room. In addition, we experienced a lot of noice from upstairs, things movement and baby playing.

Horrible, just go somewhere else

Location Room size

Everything is dirty, in one of our rooms there was a huge flock of hair. Housekeeping is only making the bed, nothing else is cleaned. They also turn off the boiler so when you come back you need to turn it on and wait for 20-30 min in order to take a shower. One of the bathrooms was flooded during our stay, water was pouring from the ceiling. Housekeeping just ignored the problem passing by the puddle and the bin filled with water. Breakfast is varied but the quality is poor. Also it is a treasure hunt to find a clean mug to have a coffee. Outdated furniture which is in very bad condition. Although I made the reservation months ago and I reconfirmed it few days before our arrival, they tried to change our booking and put all four of us in 1 unit. Depending on where you are from, you will be asked for a deposit when checking in. Thats not applicable for all guests because when checking out the staff was different and they havent said anything about the deposit.
