it was a great stay

the location was very good , and had lots of massage stalls arround us , the hotel was nice and clean

i hope we could use the pool area in the morning or afternoon , it was only open from 4pm so we couldn't get to enjoy the rooftop and area and pool side

I keep coming back because it is very welcoming.

Breakfast was good. A bit pricey though. Location was excellent. The virgin bar was great .romantic setting.so close to the beach and the entertainment area. Walking distance.

Hot water more often. It was hit and miss. I shave every day

The staff were nice and friendly, and they also have service-mind. The rooftop was great.

We had to use the pool which shared by their sister hotel. It is quite small and locates in a bad view. The song Playlist on rooftop was boring, so it ruined our experience a little bit.

Hotel is nice, personal not as well.

Location was good. Rooms are clean.

Hotel was nice but staff was worthless. We booked double room with friend. For our laundry issue i go and check in first, after clean bring clothes, and friend comes later. Then rude reception girl Pleng insist pay extra 1000baht for no reason. Already booked 2 people but one person late check in she want extra cost.. Unlogic, and nobody tell this rule on check in or booking time. I feel she try cheat us.

Breakfast was good. A bit expensive though.

No cable TV. Can't watch Australian sports. Had to go outdoors.

Great hotel by the beach

Great location just by the beach. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture. Plenty of free amenities. Shower was nice and easy to use as well as safe deposit box.

English proficiency varies greatly from staff to staff. I understand that Thai is the spoken language in Thailand and I was prepared for difficulties. It may sometimes create issues when trying to retrieve information from the front desk.
