Was looking forward to experiencing newly renovated hotel and was disappointed!!

Pool scene is excellent. General decoration is good. Staff very pleasant

Hotel still very much under renovation. Told we had been upgraded but corridors leading to room were filthy, littered with loads of cigarette ends from workers. Painter on our terrace whilst we were in the room. For 180+ per night the hotel was far too expensive because of ongoing works. Checked out after only one night stay which is a shame because we have stayed at this hotel previously on three occasions and it has always been a favourite of ours

Great hotel in Great Location

Great hotel that ive stayed at many times. We were one of the last guest there before they closed for renovations. The room was clean and tidy and loved the view. the breakfast buffet was excellent!

the beds were very hard. I had stayed their previously and didn't remember them being so hard

location pools but not clean. they are closing soon so most of the pool area bars closed and one pool needed a back wash badly. we where a party of 19 and at least 4 people had ear infections.

It's definitely not a 4 star. More a 3 star. Not enough waiters, breakfast is okay, nothing special. There is no entertainment in this "new year period" at this hotel. Very average
