Exceptional

Our host was very welcoming - left brioche, milk, jam, etc. - and the accommodation was very cared for and tastefully yet originally decorated. We were in a quiet apartment facing the courtyard, in a quiet neighborhood that is easily reachable by bus, tram, or foot. Thank you for a great stay!

Disappointing

If cleanliness and safety are important for you, this is not a place.

It's not easy to be critical after meeting the host personally. But I want to be honest for the next travelers. Good point was the host who were there for check-in and tried to give us some useful information. she also provided some home-made jam and bread. Location is not too bad as well. It is quiet area and walking distance to the city center. Although we took a bus and tram.

Our first impression was the... weird and unpleasant smell. I guess it is a smell of humidity? Even though there are quite windows, everyone was closed and later we figured out why. Once you open,, the mosquittos attack start... But the real problem was not that. It was CLEANLINESS... It was super... dirty.. Especially the bathroom.. The shower booth was almost too scary to go in. And the transparent window in the bathroom..... I didn't feel safe to take a shower so I had to cover it with a towel. Same for the main door with glasses... (Remember it is just one small studio). And for the FREE PARKING. It was not what i expected. You park with your own risk in the street far from the house... Nothing happened but I just did't feel safe. And last... second night we woke up at 3am because of some sound.. I am still not 100% sure but it seemed like a rat trying to do sth behind of the wood wall... It was very embarrasing situation.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

The log cabin is simply lovely. We stayed for Christmas and were made to feel very welcome by our hosts. The cabin is at the bottom of the garden. You have total privacy. But the hosts are available if you have any questions. The cabin is really cosy and peaceful and well equipped. We had a very relaxing time. Thank you Fabienne.

Very good

Perfect value for the money

The design of the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The huge window in the kitchen let the place cool and fresh in the summer heat. Shower is amazing!

The neighbours are a bit loud, so for families with small kids this might be a challenge.

Superb

Just 1.5km away from the city centre it was a very good headquarter for exploring Bordeaux. The Appartement had everything we needed and was tidied up and clean. Free parking space is also always welcome during a road-trip. Overall a very uncomplicated and nice stay in Particulier. Special thanks to Fabienne, who managed on short notice to get us another day in Bordeaux rearranging her guests :)
