They stay was okay at best but the beach and pools were so much fun

We loved the atmosphere around the pools and beach. Food was okay

We didnt like that everything was very dated and old. Some of the staff werent so pleasant and that they try to hard to sell you on buying timeshares even when you say no. Didnt like the fact that the drink cups werent properly cleaned after someone would drink them. They just washed with water and no soap

Location

Manager Jesus scammed us of $300 on a 3 night stay. System picked the kids age as 6 for both meanwhile they are 7 and 9. He wanted us to pay $100 per night per child extra. And was rude about it when advised about how it got booked.

Having to stand in line for reservation - unable to make reservation due to early excursion. After jumping through hurdles to get the reservation - seeing half the tables empty. Italian food was cold. Quality of alcohol at a couple of the bars. Food quality was just ok.

The spa staff was excellent and the massage was quite good.

Overcharged for our stay even when actively showing the rate available on booking.com app at the front desk. Additionally, many of the staff (particularly the male staff) were extremely homophobic toward my partner and I.

Great location, nice facade and nothing else

Location is great and the beach . Honestly thats the only remarkable thing . The fish restaurant . In general the waiters attention is good

First of all , lightning at the room is poor or none . The pressure on the bathroom sink makes the water go all over and in the shower it takes forever draining the water when showering. The beds are full meaning are not great for 2 person , we had to ask for an extra bed . The gym is outdated, every machine are pretty old and the rubber floor is not properly maintained, I tripped many times almost having an accident . I had a massage and I was aghast that spa owner had installed a camera inside of the cabana , A HUGE VIOLATION TO THE PRIVACY AND HARASSMENT AND VOYEURISM . The menu does not include vegan /vegetarian options related to plant based protein . Lastly we went to the Mexican restaurant and once we ordered, after waiting 45 minutes for the main course, the waiter told us the one of the dishes was sold out .

Beach and outside amenities were beautiful. Indoor not so much once the cockroaches were discovered.

Most of the staff were friendly

Cockroaches in our rooms. Had to be moved twice due to cockroaches in the living room area of the suite, coming out from behind the tv stand. Two of the three rooms were on the same floor.

We enjoyed the awesome beach, great location, and ease of getting around.

The beach was Awesome! The motel is across the street from a huge mall. Getting around by bus is very easy. The food was good and many changing choices. The only thing that sucked was having to wait in line early in the morning to get dinner reservations for the evening. The sand was so fine and soft and the beach was kept clean. The bar on the 10th floor we didn't discover until the last day. Amazing views and good drinks. I recommend this motel.

The beach towel service didn't open until 9 am and the reservation procedure for dinner was a pain. The margaritas were crap cause they used cheap booze.
