Very good hotel, I highly recommend it

The location is excellent, few steps from the subway. Breakfast is very good but a little bit expensive. The staff is very helpful, they helped me to order a painkiller from a pharmacy and delivered it by the robot :)

The price is a little bit high but nothing else to mention.

The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. The room was very spacious and very clean. Hotels location couldnt be more central and close to nice restaurants. We tried the breakfast on our last day, big variety and quite good quality.

Awesome stay, feels like home with great staff.

Super clean and near the subway. This hotel (though not very new), it feels like home. The hotel staff makes extra effort to ensure we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable, and I love the super clean toilet. Kudos to staff Kelvin Li, he had upgraded our room knowing it was my birthday.

Impressive service, Value for money , great location

The free laundry service is impressive and very useful for travellers with family so do keep this service as it makes your hotel special. I would like to specially mention Mr Eric (Zhang Yu), service crew manning the conceirge, he is very passionate in his job. He helped me reserved entry ticket to some places of attractions and make a point to follow-up at the end of the day. More impressive that he went the extra mile to even get the refund of the entry ticket to Summer palace as I couldnt make it to go. This is indeed beyond the call of duty which is so unexpected. Eric deserved a BIG pat and to the hotel manager at Park Plaza, well done and congratulations for having a staff like Eric. Cheers The Ham Family
