Not as it should have been at all noisy rubbish service dirty and unprofessional staff.

Location

Noise even after explaining to reception staff that my son is autistic. Parking I was allocated a blue badge spot upon arrival however second day we had to wait outside to be let in. This was in the rain for over 15 minutes

Very comfortable stay just dont order the food

The reception staff were lovely and the venue itself is perfect if you want to party in the city. Very comfortable rooms. Fun lighting and very clean. Love the bed! The hotel is really close to everything, so youll be fine getting around by foot and even with an Uber. Its about 10 minutes to the main city centre. Quiet enough to sleep/recover, but perfect distance away from the liveliness of Manchester.

The food is bad here we ordered from Uber eats majority of the time. Definitely tasted like frozen food from Iceland! Could definitely improve the quality. Room service was poor too, we had to go down a couple of times to get things that we needed and also when we ordered our food, they forgot to bring a lot of things so that was quite frustrating. The spa facilities are pretty basic. But perfect if youre not fussy. I think there should be certain times for children to swim and other times for just adults. Also robes were not included, and I think they should be included for anyone that stays at the hotel. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would come back again just eat outside, or get Delivery! X

The distance to the arena and the power shower in our room plus the body wash and shampoo

A bar of chocolate a twix which I had was 2.50 a ridiculous price for a small bar of chocolate. The big bags of crisps were 5.50 which is also ridiculous.

The rooms were clean

Well...for start there was no on-site parking, meaning parking cost 22 pounds a night. Next, the TV did not work upon arrival, and neither did the WiFi in our room. This was rectified on the second day, but no such compensation was given, not to mention the fact our "double bed" was just two singles pushed together. On the evening of our second night, we tried to order room service, but the pre dial phone numbers did not work, so we had to order in person. They then did not have what we ordered. When i tried to check out, they locked me out of my room before all our bags were moved. Oh, and the spa was closed.

Was short city break for family of 3. Close to the city centre with all restaurants, shops and attractions.

Good location and near by parking which is discounted for the guests. Our room have quite good city view. Close to city centre.

Bathroom- no towel rack. Shower gels and shampoo dispensers fixed high up on the wall. Breakfast- I was expecting higher quality, better variety and service from Radisson. Breakfast timing was 7-10am, which is bit to short if kids Swimming access is 8-10am. Kids health club- only one activity- swimming, will be great to have some access to gym for Families too. If the pool is to cold or your kids didnt like swimming there is nothing else for them.
