I have to mention about one particular staff (female) who was doing the night shift on 29/12. Unfortunately I forgot

Very Clean and convenient location. A Shopping mall is around the corner. Front office Staff very helpful.

I couldnt adjust the temperature in my room the way I want and it was too warm inside. I didnt bother to contact anyone as it was -5C outside. If I contacted them, maybe they wouldve been able to fix it for me.

Superb

Very welcoming and english speaking staff. Clean and spacious rooms (executive floor). Comfortable beds. I was given late check out. Yes, I will come back!

I cant say I disliked it, but these little details can get better. Breakfast is good, but could be better, also a bit more variety with freshly squeezed juices. Soundproofing could be a slight better.

Excellent, comfortable and convenient!

Location is very good, near train station, many options of food (multiple shopping malls within 3-5mins walk). Highly flexible (staff worked out late checkout as exception for me) and friendly staffs.

Room is a little poor in sound proofing, can hear folks talking/walking past the room door.
