Lovely setting but no management on site..

A lovely hotel with great grounds and pools. Beatiful rooms. Very relaxing.

When we arrived it was obvious that we were not expected. A young lady who spoke no English spent 10 minutes on her phone talking to the owner. Somebody came and checked us in. The rooms are a bit tired. Tiles missing and a basin tap that just trickled. Despite advertising tvs they were not working in any rooms. We were told they hadn't worked for years. We had to ask for coffee and water every day. The place lacks management and someone who has customer experience. Someone who can communicate in English.
