The staff at the Palazzo Ridolfi were attentive and extremely professional.

The hotel is located south of the old town in a more residential area. This area had a great night life and an abundant amount of fabulous restaurant to choose from.

The elevator wasnt always available. Twice I had to walk up to the hotel rooms.

I very much enjoyed my stay. This was the third hotel in Florence that I stayed at and by far the most enjoyable! I will likely never stay anywhere else. The location was wonderful, great restaurants nearby, easy walking to so many sites but above all the cleanliness and kindness of the staff was the best part. Thank you so much!!

Literally nothing could have been improved, my stay was truly great.

Piece of art in the hospitality management

In short, a very warm welcome followed by elegant reception so to speak and end up with a nice / cozy room and on top of that, breakfast was delicious. Overall, excellent location and good facility. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this place. In a wonderful location, quiet at night, fantastic breakfast and service from the staff. Spacious clean rooms with a great bathroom/shower as well. Wish we could have stayed longer

Towels and housekeeping was not as good as expected. Towels were not replaced the first 3 nights so we had no wash cloths for bathing.

Absolutely wonderful

Loved everything about this property. Absolutely made our first trip to Florence spectacular. Cannot fault anything about our stay, staff made it even better with recommendations for restuarants.

The bed was a bit creaky, not an issue for us but we were just mindful in case it disturbed other guests.
