The worst experience

Absolutely nothing

This property in Italy would be closed. No minimum requirements , no fire alarm, zero cleaning, the bathroom is 1.5 m2 with no space to go to the toilet. I have seen a rat in the top window (just an hole with a cage) of the bathroom. Use your money in a better way.

Simple homestay close to Khao San

Pleasant but quite simple homestay, not far away from Khao San. Room was extremely basic, bathroom super small, so you could not properly sit on the toilet or shower. Since is it tucked away in a side street, next to the river channel, it is extremely quiet. Be aware you actually live in someone's home. Good for a short stay.

Perfect location for exploring Bangkok!

We loved the location, its just steps away from some great restaurants, bars, coffee, and a 7/11. its also conveniently located for taking the bus.

nothing! we enjoyed our stay and ended up staying again actually. be prepared to pay only in cash!

Helpful host and great location!

Great value, very comfortable bed and clean. After a long journey the host was kind enough to let us check in early for free! Short walk to Khao San road.

Would we stay again? Now that we know what to expect, likely so.

I liked the location and it was quiet and clean.

The en-suite was very basic but functional. We were under an impression wed have a balcony which wasnt the case. We were charged twice for our laundry and it was mixed up with other guests clothes.

I liked that they offered us a fast and easy check in. Unfortunately the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate but very friendly so we found a way to communicate :) the place was welcoming and quiet in a good location (close to kao san road and markets). The bathroom was really small but the room was tidy and comfortable. AC worked great and it was clean. All you need for a good night sleep.
