There is nothing to like, the hotel did not honour the booking even after confirmation was received. Multiple frustrating calls with call centre just confirmed their fraudalent practices. We ended up staying their using other family booking. No choice as i had my elderly parents with me.

Food, clean room.. behaviour of house keeping staff .. very good behaviour of the receptionist msanager Kalpana madam.

There should be sole arrangment of hanging our clothes in the bathroom. nor they give any hangers in the wardrobe...almira..by which struggled alot to keep our dress in that. The most dissatisfying thing is the argumentive behaviour of the manager Avijit. He oppose to give rooms in discounted price whatever we have booked from oyo.
