Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. The owner himself kept saying that just because it's an Oyo booking we will not provide you any facilities. On the first day he did not provide us AC but then next day i contacted Oyo support Monish he helped me with it. Hot water is only available from 5-8 in the morning as if i was staying in an hostel. After providing the AC he did not provide us hot water as well for the rest of the days. My family and I got sick there using cold water. Stayed for 4 days and only one day cleaning service was provided. Staff ignored us and the reception also ignored us. Bedsheets were not changed in those days. There were cockroachs in the room and bathroom. Dustbins were not emptied from the room. The owner told me that you paid to Oyo so i will not provide any facility. My family and I were so frustrated at the hotel we left a day early from the place. Disgusting place and service. Do not go for it guys

Nothing, when we arrived they said there is no pre reservation & the staff was very rude.They said there is no room available. It was a big scam.Never go to this Hotel.

MOST HOPELESS HOTEL BY OYO

The worst hotel i have ever visited in my life..I had booked the hotel through OYO..But my experience was very worst..The hotel people refused to accept the package decided by OYO..I had already made the partial payment that's y i didn't had any choice but to stay there..Even OYO people were also helpless regarding the concern..Will never ever trust OYO...

My whole experience was worst..The staff was rude and hopeless..Not a single person was there for house keeping and room service..One man staying near my room was totally drunk was roaming nude in the passage..We almost had a fight but none of the hotel person turned up..Most hopeless hotel suggested by OYO
