Room no where near as good as advertised.. felt like a closed box with no windows

Room had almost no windows and no view outside - all windows high up near lofted ceiling room 502 did not look like advertised room. I would say this hotel breaches advertising code of conduct

Great, fun venue for city sightseeing.

Amazing location, right on waterfront within easy walk of botanical gardens gardens and opera house etc.

Hotel was great but food in restaurant not so good, hence not the full 10 stars.

Location and inclusive mini bar.

We were given an "upgrade" at check in however upon entering the room we quickly realised it was a down grade. The sofa in the lounge room was so dirty we could not sit on it. Only being there 1 night we decided to spend our time in bed which was located in the upstairs loft. We soon discovered that the king bed we had booked was now a queen thanks to the so called "upgrade". Our room was located next to the AC/DC suite, and from the moment we entered the room at 6pm until 4am loud music, yelling and banging echoed through the walls. At 9pm we decided to order in room dining only to discover the service was unavailable even though this should have been available until 9:45pm so we were forced to order uber eats. Having been kept awake until 4am we missed breakfast even though we had paid for this advance. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere but here. Yes the decor is different and yes the location is great if you need to be close to Woolloomooloo but at then end of the day, the $15 taxi fare to anywhere but here is money well spent.

Cool building! Great staying experience!

We like the unlimited supply of complimentary minibar, the staying experience was caring and thoughtful, like the preparation of adapter plug for charging, which made us feel at home. And also I like the idea of the repurpose of old wharf into hotel! The design of the space is cool!

The bed are too soft which we felt like no structure to support our body, maybe its not suitable for Asian. Cause we used to hard frame but soft bed.
