The hotel has taken the money but didn't provide the agreed interconnected rooms The receptionist was very rude and wasn't able to provide the rooms and had long arguments They were extremely unprofessional Flighting with each other In front of the customers

Location and rooms were great.

We had an issue with a bed in one of our rooms but the staff switched the rooms for us the same day.

Satisfying vacation

Everything was exceptional. The entire place was clean. The room was made up quickly daily. breakfast was very good with many choices. My favourite was the shower both roomy and clean . With plenty of pressure and always plenty of hot water. I can't express enough how great this hotel was. We'll be back.

My stay here was excellent the room was clean. They even gave me cake for my birthday which is very sweet. The breakfast was superb a lot of choices. Close to all attractions.

The location is amazing. Its the best spot ever!!

The rooms were fine - super clean etc but i felt slightly cramped. Its hard with luggage / large cases to open. More bench top space would be ideal.

Must accommodate guest properly.

Room, breakfast and location is nice but the Reception Staff there Middle-aged man is kinda rude. Others young receptionist are so accommodating except him.

We shared the room for three days but were surprised to learn that water was provided only on the first day, prompting us to carry a liter each night for drinking. Additionally, when we asked the reception for a trolley to assist with carrying our shopping items to our room, they declined, stating that no trolleys were available. Despite requesting extra assistance, there was no offer made to help us transport our belongings to our room.

The premises were modern, spotless, well maintained. The staff courteous.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of well prepared selections. Coffee, tea, juice, meats,fruit,salads,breads,cheese,sweets. Almost any item a person could want was on the buffet. Excellent!!
