Good enough for short trip stay

Bed is rather comfortable with nice view of Mid Valley Mall when looking out the window. Power socket available at both side of bed.

Floor near toilet entrance always wet after shower as the rain shower not able to adjust and does not come with a shower curtain. Some breakfast options run out and were not top up in time (i.e Porridge). Saw some flies near the bread section.

I always liked the hotel location, staff was friendly as usual.

Breakfast setting was awesome. Security guards attentive to guests coming in and out of hotel

The glass panel at the bathtub area should be wider to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. Bathroom blind could not block out light completely

Fantastic stay

The hotel is just walking distance to midvalley shopping centre. Buffet spread was excellent, room is very clean and there were some local restaurants around the vicinity. As we were there on New Year's eve, there were fireworks in the surroundings. Shuttle service is also provided to the mall.

Hotel is near to mid valley mall. The main reason we booked here.

The toilet has a sewage smell occasionally, and the bathroom is only built with a rain shower (which I think is not ideal).

2 Nights Stay

Lobby has a pleasant smell. Room is clean.

Rain shower without a shower head is not convenient. A flood happened after each shower. Water flows until outside of the toilet. Smell of unpleasant sewage at the toilet. Toiletries and tissue paper not top up. I wrote a note for housekeeping staff to top up toiletries and thankfully they did. Management should look into these unpleasant experiences faced during my stay especially the flood and sewage smell. Topping up toiletries should be done frequently and not by request. The price charged is considered expensive but did not meet up to my expectations.

Expected more from the hotel

The saving grace is the location of the hotel. Going anywhere is free from traffic jam/ busy roads

The room is not well kept. Toilet door and rooms door just weird placed. If open both at the same time someone will get injured. The cleanliness of the toilet is very poor. You can spot stains on shower screen, shower blinds and sink. Walkway to the room stinks.
