Good option super close to bus station to Moalboal

We chose this hotel because it was very close to the bus station where the bus to Moalboal departs from. We found it was a good deal with breakfast included. Room was good. Breakfast was buffet, not a lot of options but enough and a good chance to try local food. There was also an omelette station.

They told us in reception about a penalty for breaking stuff and staining linen and our linen had quite some old stains, so we took pics just in case but there were no issues upon checkout.

Great place and affordable

Great location close to the harbour and the Magellans cross. Love the pool and its view from the top and the breakfast is good aswell.

Lots of people who dont stay in the hotel that is coming in and out of the building, specially on the ground floor.

Excellent cost/value rate

The location was great - close to South Bus Terminal, two shopping malls, a night market. The room has everything to feel comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Its an ok hotel for more of a storage room whilst you go on excursions.

Location - great colon night market and other places in walking distance. Very local

Poor cleaning, electricity would cut out in the room so AC would switch off constantly. We found our adjoining room door unlocked when we returned one day. The lift is also extremely slow. Breakfast had poor choices especially if you dont eat pork.
