Probably our 10th stay over the years and 1st time weve been disappointed

Location fabulous, Christmas decorations fabulous, drinks and breakfast fabulous

The room wasnt up to usual standard, got woken up at 6am by loud strange noises. Reported this at checkout and considering we are returning customers and booked 2 rooms nothing was really said.

Beautifully decorated and curated . Rooms are a little small but they really work hard to use all spaces . The lobby bar and restaurant are top notch.

Location - while centrally located its a crazy busy corner . I wish the doormen were more responsive . If you didnt ask , they really didnt offer .
