Everything else. I booked with Booking.com for $296 including tax and resort fee. The hotel refused to recognize it and charged me $360.00. They do not care about any of the paperwork confirming $296.00. The door to the room was broken, TV and phone did not work. The door finally was fixed and the TV we fixed ourselves. Mold in the bathroom. i was afraid to take a shower. The stink of marijuana is everywhere. would like to get my money back for the House of Horror experience.

Very close to market. Pharmacy and restaurants pre cruise. Great location on the beach.

I booked a king bed and they gave me a room with two queen beds, the toilet didnt flush , the floor tiles were loose and there was a hole on the wall. Pool looked dirty and I paid my hotel fee on booking.com and once I got there they made me pay it again so I paid it twice.

It was ok but I would not recommend or stay here again

Location,beach

Our first room (1007) had a loud long term occupant next door,1009 I believe who constantly smoked pot and the entire floor smelled terrible. We had to pass through the pot smoke every time we went to or from the elevator. We complained a couple of times finally I demanded another room which they gave us. At first they just sprayed air fresheners in the hall.
