Very good

It is a good place to stay, but with some unhappy spots

The beach is very good. All the bars are amazing. The restaurants are very good. All service people are very friendly. The bedroom is big, clean. Hotel introduction by the apps online or electronic screen in the main hall is very clear and convenient.

Air conditioning is not very satisfied. Front desk at middle night is not very nice when I need help, especially I cannot speak Spanish. The king size beds on the beach are very bad idea. The beds destroy the natural beauty of the beach. My shower room has slope and very slippery. The air conditioning in my bedroom cannot be effectively adjusted, especially when heating is needed. WIFI in the hotel does not cover enough, especially at end of building. Check in and check out time is too long. Especially check out time is no acceptable. The hotel should introduce its daily programs, activity locations by a booklet. That will be friendly to all kinds of people.

The hotel staff does not speak English and does everything very slowly. Check in - 35 minutes!!!!! However, I did not receive any information about the restaurants, their work or other information about the hotel. I had to go down from the room again and find out information. There was also a problem with the security box in the room - I could not understand how this old system works. There was a hole in the door of the box and at first I thought it was broken. I had to go downstairs again and look for someone to help me. It turns out that I needed to get from one of the services a mechanical block with a large iron key, which I had to insert into a hole in the door of the safe and then plug it. And in the future, all the days, wherever I was, I had to carry this key with me. Very, very uncomfortable. I've never seen such a stupid system. Especially when you wear swimming trunks to the beach or pool. Where should I put this key? Again, when I checked in, no one explained anything.

If you can pay a little more for a different hotel, do it.

You can stay until 6pm the day of checkout, food is okay,

You need to make a line of 30-40 minutes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You have to make a 20-30 minutes line for checkout. It does not feel like beach/sea, more like a big pool. People from next door hotel can enter and use everything but we cannot use theirs. Staff members are always saying with that bracelets yo cannot do it but the other hotel can, which feels like discrimination. I would recommend it, I know it is the cheapest all inclusive but if you can pay a little more, do it.

Disappointing

Not worth the money

Not much. Price was the only good thing.

The room was very noisy. Our window on 2nd floor faced the main building hvac fans and the noise was constant day and night. And the overall felling was just old. Staff was not very helpful (could not help with room noise, room was not cleaned every day). Food quality was really low. Pasta was way overcooked, meat was stiff and dry and the overall look was not good. Cocktails were mostly sugar on melted ice. One of the pools for kids was available only for the kids club. Very limited entertainment at night. And of course most of the stuff is available for Oasis Grand Palm only.

For the money paid, ok stay

Good location for small children. The sea is shallow and with small waves almost like a lagoon where the children can swim without worries. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Rooms are not sound proof and aged.

Good

All areas were nice. But the shower in the room was always dripping water. We were just worried to for the waste and increase of labor for employees since the water came to the floor outside the shower.

How we were approach for the offer for future visits. Almost every single day someone asked us to know the facilities on exchange of free stuff. Food was good in most of restaurants but to reserve and no show being charged it make me be disappointed thats no freedom.

Good and enjoyable

Good food room nice had no time to experience restaurants with reservation but believe would be nice as well as entertainment in the evening would have been nice but no chance to experience due to short time

Staff at checkin should give more info on what can be done on and around property as well as outside property, Concierge should not only answer questions asked but give information of property and around, safe in room should not come at an extra charge
