Overall was ok experience.

Pool was amazing and the location was good

Didnt have towels when needed, food at the restaurant took so long and eventually the main course didnt arrive was charged for the food and then had to get a refund. Didnt have internet working at all throughout the stay.

Will not reccomend this resort

The facilities need an upgrade. They need to train staff on customer service, especially with advising the guests on the right information, for example when asked to settle the bill and being told it has been settled and no further payment is required, then more money being deducted the next day without being informed that more money will be deducted and finding out the bill has in fact not been settled. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

Beautiful lagoon area but getting very tired and ask for a room near the front

Spacious room and the lagoon area is lovely with a swim up pool bar. I could spend way more time there if I had had it this trip. Good property for a romantic get away - if I had a partner!

There were maybe 5 people in the whole hotel and they put me way up the back. It's a long long walk with lots of luggage which also means the car park is a long way away. The pillows so tough I injured my neck by sleeping on them. Most of the place under renovation also on my stay - noise and areas shut down.

The self contained apartment. Rooms were specious.

Hi, the rooms were nice, however we were disappointed with the following: - the breakfast had very dirty cups and cutlery, I couldnt believe what was presented to the guests for use - the bfast selection was so basic for the price charged, ie. no cheeses, no vegetables, no freshly made juices, not even a selection of meat/salamis - the pool lounges are so worn out and mouldy, I think its a health hazard. When we stayed with QT there a few years ago, QT managed removed them as they were a health risk and we can see Oaks just put them back - pool towels werent available on one of the days we stayed, as apparently Oaks was waiting for a delivery of them.. how can you run a resort and not have pool towels for guests - upon arrival you had no staff to help with carrying out luggage one floor up.. the receptionists offered to help who is a young girl, which is so unfair on her.. so we carried our luggage ourselves

Disappointing

Asked for bath upgrade, didn't receive upgrade and still was charged the fee. Food and drinks were so expensive and food portions at pool bar were tiny compared to the price. There was no water in the morning as the towns water plant had problems and reception refused to give us a bottle of water to drink.

Great location and pool and room,terible on service just not enough workers at the property

Swim up bar,

Not enough staff hard to get service as the staff were always short handed and didn't seem to have any help witch made it hard to get drinks or any kind of service
