Very good

Fantastic garden villa!

Loved the deluxe garden villa we stayed in, the villa was huge with a Beautiful pool and outdoor setting, comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend organizing a scooter through the villa as the area is quiet and a bit difficult to get around - which is what we loved about it. So close to Pandawa and Melasti beaches for sunset and beach clubs. The spa was also fab, two of the best massages I have had in Bali.

There was a bit of a mess up with our booking when we arrived which almost resulted in us losing the garden villa However the staff were great in rectifying this and making sure we had a fantastic stay. There are some minor things in the villa and general areas that could do with a touch up but to be fair the value for money is fantastic and we would happily stay here again.

Dont ignore these sewage smell complaints like us, they are real!

Beautiful Villa!

There was was sewage smell coming from the bathroom! We complained. At first the hotel staff brought air freshener spray to deal with the stink. We refused it as we deemed it beyond air freshener! We were later moved to another villa. At first they wanted us to sleep in the stinky Villa, to which we objected.

Our stay was the epitome of comfort and pleasure.

Every room was beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and luxury. The staff was attentive and warm, making our stay unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch!

Great private villa at a great price

- It was very clean and spacious and only a 5 minute drive using the free shuttle to the supermarket or beach (during certain hours) - I was ill and staff were very very helpful and even took me to the pharmacy - free water refillable whenever you need - big private pool and rooftop - would recommend to anyone as amazing for the price

- bathroom could have had AC - couple of geckos can get in through the doors (can happen anywhere really!)

A lot of potential but let down with poor management of facilities and cleaning staff

A lot of potential. Big rooms and location ok if you have your own scooter.

Cleanliness - no attention to detail. Built up grime on fridge doors, dirty plates and chopping boards in cupboard. Villa gets extremely hot to the point where air conditioners dont work at all. Spent the morning at the beach and planned to relax in the villa during the hottest part of the day but this wasnt possible. Manager avoided any contact on our complaint so we moved on to new accomodation.

Absolutely loved it, wish we had stayed longer.

The place itself was all around excellent. The villas we had were very spacious and beautiful, each room was very large and comfortable. The air conditioning in each room was very efficient and quiet, with the very comfortable beds we slept very soundly. The restaurant was excellent for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was amazing and very accommodating of any dietary requirements. Food delivered to the room was swiftly served and still very hot, was excellent. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were faultless.

There was nothing about the place that we didn't like. There was a stray cat that kept visiting us at the restaurant, was cute but annoyed my parent's quite a bit, though the staff were helpful in removing it from the restaurant when asked. Couldn't take a bath due to the slow speed of the water sadly.

Huge villa in a quiet environment with excellent staff.

Huge villa with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and we also loved the dinner near the pool with the live band. They also offer free shuttle to one of the most beautiful beach of Bali.
