Courteous staff, good value for money

Great location, very friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfy bed, went above and beyond to secure a baby crib for us at a short notice.

This is our second stay and this time it wasn't as clean as our first time. The tv kept freezing. And.breakfast was fresh and delicious but coffee was not good.

I'd love to come back again!

Excellent breakfast -- it was nice to have warm scrambled eggs cooked to order! Pastries and desserts were wonderful. Coffee available throughout the day was a nice touch. I liked having a refrigerator in the room so I could have additional cold snacks whenever I chose. Also, the shower was very modern and easy to use to regulate the water temperature without effort. Staff was so very helpful -- at any time throughout the day. Thank you.

I didn't know how to use the Nespresso machine in the room. No one else seemed to know either -- or could not explain it to me.

Hotel Numa is a fantastic little hotel only 10 mins walk from Jaffas famous clock tower. The staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. When the war is over well definitely be coming back to Jaffa and the Numa.

Perfectly located in Jaffa. You can reach everything in walking distance like beach, carmel market, harbor, restaurants etc, a grocery store is right next to the hotel. Minawi the receptionist was very kind and helpful. He even booked the sightseeing tours for us and provided us with fresh towels for the beach on no extra costs. The reception is available 24/7. The breakfast was nice, I also got an gluten-free bread option - again on no extra costs.

Tel Aviv is amazing...

Great location, very close to Old Jaffa, Clock Tower, all the beaches. Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful, suggesting areas to visit and help with booking my trip to Jerusalem.

I had plumbing issue in my room throughout my stay, yellowish water coming out of the tap, toilet wouldn't stop flushing for ages after use and one of the lights kept flickering. I did notify the front desk about all these issues but it never got resolved. Yellowish water from the taps was worrying as I was afraid of getting sick.

Disappointing

Expected a nice hotel as the pictures show; got disgusting decorations instead

Breakfast was great. Location was good if you want to attend a sport or entertainment event in the stadium in front. Short walk (10min) to the beach/coast.

Weird/ugly/disturbing/freaky art work throughout the hotels halls and lobbies; we were disgusted by it. Bad location if you want to relax and there is a sport or entertainment event in the stadium in front.
