If you need to stay close to the airport - good pick!

- Clean and modern room - Friendly staff with good English skills - Made an effort with Xmas decoration

- Breakfast quality was poor (esp coffee) - Generally no vibe/atmosphere as rather big complex in an industrial zone

It was ok. I wouldnt be coming back again there. Only plus are the friendly staff. Hygiene is questionable

As I checked in to my room, checked the bed it had hairs and a nail! Informed the manager and they changed the sheets immediately. Small hair like fibers on the kettle, hairs on the bathroom floor.

Comfotrable, expensive and BAD internet

Very poor wi-fi for an expensive hotel next to a conference center. People attending meetings need high-speed internet. The answer from the staff that when the hotel is full internet may not work well is simply UNACCEPTABLE. Any person booking this hotel and has an interest for business or conference should be aware.

Superb

The staff is very kindness, awesome, and helpful if you have any request.

It located near the metro site Feria de Madrid, which is convenient for people that don't use Uber. Meanwhile, it just near the airport, and therefore you can arrive the airport through the metro in 15 minutes. That is perfect for the newbie in Madrid.

The location is not pleasant for tourists. If you want to go downtown city in Madrid, It would take 40-50 minutes at least, on metro or Uber.
