The only good thing related to hotel is the breakfasts

Room was dirty i do not want to touch anything. Toilet does not have sink to wash your hands. You need to go to bathroom to wash your hands after your toilet. I am not sure if door handles are cleaned or not,since the door and the handles were dirty. They gave us a reusable bottle for water. This was very awkward after corona virus how they provide water with same bottles? The bottle has fabric cover and it was also dirty. Except breakfast our experience was not like staying in 4 star hotel.

Good sized room. The restaurant looked nice although we couldn't try it.

I received a call the day before our arrival just to check on our details. I mentioned to the receptionist that we were travelling from Salamanca so couldn't book a time for dinner. There was no mention of a requirement to book. Arrived at 8pm and asked the guy on reception if we could eat at 830pm. Arrived into the restaurant area at 830pm to be told there were no more food orders being taken. It didn't look full, but that was it! Restaurant is advertised as open until 10pm. Very disappointing. We booked this hotel as it was somewhere we could get dinner after a full day's drive and we knew it was dog friendly. We were offered room service but it is v limited and expensive. You get a water bottle that you can fill up in reception. One each would be better, rather than one bottle between two people.

An experience which is worth to take for a short time.

breakfast and lobby in general was quite good. The location, as well.

Beds and pillows for me were very hard and was not so comfortable. Toilet being out of bathroom, not having water in the room, towels'color (white but not snow white) were the unpleasant parts in general
