The best hotel, I every been.

The hotel with amazing design exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning aesthetics. The attention to detail in every corner was impeccable. The rooms were not only stylish but also comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was taken care of. Lovely and its a shame about the shower otherwise this would be 10/10.

Wonderful location and fabulous premise and staff.

My room had a shower that would drain properly and the hot water would turn luke warm for two of the four days I was there. The shower issues were resolved the last night I was there.

Beautiful

Price, service. The stay was prepaid, but upon arrival the hotel asked for 1200 as deposit. We stayed there for 3 nights in 2 rooms. We were surprised by the amount and asked about it, they said they charge 200 deposit / night / room. After paying 4000 for the stay, asking for additional 1200 is excessive. But we paid it. What made us upset after that was to find our rooms not cleaned at 5 pm. We left the hotel at 9 am, returned at 5 pm and the cleaning staff was by our door. We had to get ready for an event, so we couldn't wait for them to clean. Which is not the end of the world but after paying so much money, paying the deposit, it was disappointing. Even in 4star hotels they magage to clean our rooms in time.

Over-priced and a disappointment

Very nice reception staff, very clean, beautiful design. Great position.

Very expensive, room with (slight) sloping roof, 6th floor, one lift broken, Japanese electric bidet loo seat broken. Restaurant lacking in atmosphere and massively over-priced.
