Convinient for early flights and really lovely staff

We absolutely appreciated the sheer convenience, especially when traveling early mornings with children. Being able to bring in our airport trolley with suitcases was a huge plus. The staff members who assisted us were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our experience.

Too much security which are unnecessary. Security people thinks themselves they are more than immigration security.

May be good for few hours transit but not suitable for stay with kids.

Noise all the time. Sound come from other rooms also.

The staff were not at all helpful at the front desk. Having a wheelchair person they just dint provide any help with bags or taxi. Only one staff ended up helping us when he saw us struggling

Location was good. It is just below the T2 terminal.

Too much noisy. You can hear the sound of the people talking in corridors. Also the sound of washroom flush from adjacent rooms was too much, could hear it almost the whole night.

As usual the Tv never works at Niranta whenever I have stayed there some issue with Tv. Also had to ask them to change the bed linen as it was dirty.
