Exceptional

Spaceous room, the staff were very helpful after we left our keys and we had already passed airport security, they liased with Uber and we got our keys for our car in the other side and our purses from the safe. Thank you.

Nice hotel, room not great

Property was nice and clean. Most of the staff were great.

The room was not maintained properly. Plugs not fully attached to the walls, electric went out in our room a few times. Twin beds were practically together. Weird clicking random noises in the room which made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Weird gum patch on the ceiling.

Comfortable hotel in good location, but under staffed.

Rooms and public spaces were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is convenient.

We opted for a drinks voucher instead of housekeeping, but the bar was not open during the advertised hours so we could not use it. The concierge desk was never staffed and information was hard to come by. We were told we wouldn't need to book a taxi when it turned out we did. It appeared as if the hotel was under-staffed ( although the staff that are there were friendly).

We changed the room three times because they were dirty. In a 4-star hotel I do not expect this kind of service

Beautiful hotel, highly recommend!!!

It was beautiful, great location, and the staff were absolutely wonderful!! The Bar Staff could not have been more friendly! Thank you for a wonderful first experience in Berlin

The bed was a little hard for my taste, but Im picky about bed comfortthat said, the room was extremely clean and very comfortable otherwise.

location was very convenient, rooms were rather quiet

every day we would miss a towel after room service had cleaned the room. no day had we the number of towels as the number of guests per room. there was a bad odor coming out of the sink every morning as soon as the first water would hit the sink. we were expected to pay upfront, took it as a cheap policy from the hotel's side.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, great breakfast and good location.

The buffet breakfast was excellent - best Ive experienced for quite a while.

There was some road noise as our room was on the Leipziger Strasse side.

Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic, would recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay in Berlin.

The hotel was amazing! Very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and also the best location. The staff called up to the room as well just to check everything was ok and just in case we needed anything!
