Very good

Great modern Hotel. Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was provided. Unexpectedly great restaurant downstairs.

Check it took over an hour with only 3 families in the lobby. There is nothing around in a walking distance. The outlets are not finished.

The staff was amazing. The property to was beautiful and clean. The pool had an amazing view was clean. I loved this property.

Couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone to get a shuttle to the location. But when we got there they were extremely busy.

It was ok but not sure I would come back fur to staff.

Staff explanations. When check in/out, no comment from staff at all on invoice, just gave the key and said all good when left.

Avani Hotel a disappointment

Clean bathroom. Comfortable room.

Person at check-in desk was rude. Hotel says it offers free shuttle from airport, but makes this very difficult to arrange. We had to make and pay for our own transportation arrangements.

Style over substance.

The hotel is stylish, everything looks great. When we arrive, it was served some refreshing alcohol free drinks. Really nice detail. All the employees were extremely nice.

The bedroom smelled like humidity, but like a lot. I was really surprised how a hotel looking that nice could have rooms with that smell. The shower is not very well designed, if you don't pay attention the bathroom will be with water everywhere.
