Disappointing

Not worth it

Rooms were clean every day and breakfast had a good variety and flavor.

7 am. housekeeping breaks the hotel down cleaning. Do they know people are on holiday? Staff rude and incompetent.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Arrived around midnight, not a bite of food around to save your life. ended up ordering UberEats for amazingly overpriced and bad food. they put me in a room 1st floor facing the highway, so I couldn't sleep, and I was cold the whole night even though the AC was at maximum heat (and also noisy). waking up from ambulances and cars every 5 minutes, this destroyed my journey. I just wanted to rest a bit before my next flight. what a horrible experience!

Very good

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. For those who are passing through and need to be close to the airport, it is an excellent value for money. excellent transfer to the airport, both to and from.

It's not a complaint, it's more of a suggestion: that they put up a scale so we can weigh our bags. As it is a hotel close to the airport, I see this as a simple and cheap advantage.

hotel ok but shuttle service bad. it just be be excellent. what happened?

for some reason, maybe just the night we stayed, the shuttle service to/from the airport was very reduced. in the past it was great. this time quite disappointing. one of the reason to choose a hotel like this is to have a well working shuttle service.

It was nice but had trouble sleeping because of the noise in the rooms

The staff was really nice. The shuttle worked very well.

The rooms were super noisy. It felt like there was a window open because of so much traffic noise. Need to consider better window sealing for soundproofness.

No TV channels in English or German or French just Spanish channels were working . Neighbor Restaurant too loud, windows are not properly sealed you can hear everything from street

Disappointed with my stay here sadly.

I liked the area it was situated in as it was near the subway. All the staff were kind and helpful. The free shuttle bus from the airport was a nice bonus too. The breakfast choice is fabulous.

I was a solo traveller which they knew about but they gave me a room with two single beds pushed together and I absolutely HATE that. Its so uncomfortable when youre used to a double bed. The room seemed very empty. There was no welcome message, no price list for the minibar, no local or hotel information, the USB sockets next to the bed didnt work so I couldnt have my phone charging next to me during the night. Usually NH hotels are stunning but I felt very let down by this one. Its a shame because the staff were all fabulous and I dont like to write much in this part normally but I couldnt let this go as there was just too much wrong.
