Peaceful stay in an amazing resort

Its absolutely amazing and even better than in the pictures. The breakfast is absolutely great. Very comfortable beds and so nice rooms. They also made every request possible and are extremely nice especially Queen and Kelly. If I go back to Hoi an it will be definitely here again. Its also very easy to go into the busy part of the city with either free bikes or grab. And you always have a peaceful place to return to.

If I can think of anything its only that there was still Christmas music playing after Christmas ;)

location is slightly inconvenient and taxi/ride hailing dont drop you in front of the hotel most of the times

Comfortable stay

Its a comfortable property with the lake view . A little away from central city but taxis are cheap so thats not an issue .

Approach is thru a narrow lane but its ok

Fantastic stay - 100% would recommend!

The staff were so lovely and accomodating - it really made our stay! Shout out to Katy! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Included breakfast and restaurant food was great. It was a little out of old town but a lovely 20 min walk into the town. Would 100% recommend!

Personal preference but would have loved a on-site gym!

Lovely old style hotel overlooking the beautiful river with exceptional customer service.

Very warm reception as soon as we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and caring. Recommendations were good, knowledgable of the area and clearly put the customer first. For example they warned against certain street sellers and advised which tailors were best value for money.
