Superb

Unbeatable location right on one of the best beaches in the island. Walking distance to several good and cheap restaurants. Motorbike hire was easy and price competitive. Staff were great and let us leave our luggage with them for a few days after our stay as we wanted to explore the rest of the island. For the price this place is absolutely perfect and is so much nicer in reality than it looks on Booking! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. Highly recommended to stay here in Ko Lanta!

Great location on a gorgeous beach, friendly, hardworking and very attentive staff. Rooms were great with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location right on the beach, restaurant/bar on site, nice swimming pool although they could really do with some seating near the pool to leave belongings etc . Staff on check in was very nice and helpful.

The room wasn't thoroughly checked before we arrived evidently as: - the flush was broken (we managed to fix it) - there was no sound coming from the TV (we couldn't fix that) - the top blanket had some sort of stain Also for the price (not cheap), I expected better facilities eg small details, there is a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee? Finally, it took me 4 tries to pay for my lunch after checking out. Staff kept nodding and then walking off. I was eventually directed to the small desk to pay - not sure why that didn't happen on the first go. I don't normally complain but I thought these were worth pointing out.

very nice, proper vacation feeling

The staff were welcoming and accommodating to the needs of families. The waitstaff were friendly, and had fun games that my 5 year old is still talking about weeks later. Other hotel staff were great and it was nice that their children were around as they became playmates for our child. Room was ok, nothing special, but comfortable with a nice front terrace. Garden area was nice and the bar makes an awesome passion fruit mojito. Bonus points for the food quality. As someone who has lived in Thailand for a long time, I am somewhat skeptical about the authenticity of the Thai dishes at beach front restaurants. Their either try to cater to bland European palates or large volume buffet. The dishes we ate were great (of course we had to ask them to spice them up a bit more) and after we tried a few other beachfront and street side restaurants we determined that this was the best quality for price. The street side restaurant were similarly priced and the other beach restaurants weren't as good.

Good all round budget resort next to the beach

Great budget resort, the rooms are basic but very clean and everything worked, a few minutes walk to the beach restaurant and bar, nice little pool as well and staff are nice the area is good as well with lots of beach bars and restaurants

Staff were great, room cleaned everyday to a good standard. Pool was lovely.

Bathroom had two opened windows and a shower drain that was open to the outside which mean our room and bathroom was full of animals. Ants were a big issue thousands of them everywhere.

Great Location. Comfortable rooms. Great AC. Large bungalows. Scooter rental on sight. Right on the beach with a nice clean pool as well. Travel booking desk on site to book ferries and tours.

Food at the resort was average and small portions. Better options in the surrounding area. Thin blankets

Disappointing

The staff was above & beyond. They seems content working there as a big non related family. Very kid friendly, including the staffers' kids. Some of the staff also delivered amazing skills in fire stick & balls spinning show after dark. The location is just on the fringe of walking friendly distance to the main drag by 7-11.

For Room #6 on the opposite side of the main road (away from the beach), the shower drain has no p trap so the sewer gas back drafts back inside the shower toilet wet room. After only a few hours of leaving the place/or sleeping overnight with no active air circulation, the stink permeates into the main sleeping area... :-( Too bad we only figured out after 4 nights in out of 6 about where the smell came from. We used a wet floor cloth to block the drain as a quick and functional fix. The room highly needs some lighting and wall hooks for hanging wet towels or clothes off the floor. It was actually a dungeon in there, reminds me of America's old run down motels... one last detail is the garbage that kept being missed just below the front balcony. I guess the staff cant see any from the main path as the row of plants blocks their views...but still...

Exceptional

Amazing personel!

We didnt get to see much of the property because we got in late and left early but the owners helped us so very much with booking us transportation to get from Krabi airport to their accommodation as well as an island tour the next day, all before we had even met them. Then they allowed us to store our bags for the day before we got back from the excursion. Kind and caring people!
