Room size is good.food was tasty.location is good.

No bell boys at door.we Carry bags by ourself. Staff not smile, slow, and not profeshional. Food order was very slow. Took too long waitting for food from restaurant. Reception not helpful, order some more water bottle still waiting for long time.. waitting for 15mins to get a table for breakfast. They call me every day to asked for check out, evenly I told that I will check out late. Check out time was too long as they make mistakes. pooland gym area has no staff around, pool bar never open. Gym is supper hot.new year eve but hotel has nothing at all. Even the rooftop bar not open either. 2 night stay here were unhappy time ever. Not suit for 5 stars hotel. At the second day 1 man from reception was gift me a dish of free fruit after My complain. He was nice and friendly. But manager need to do a better job

Exceptional

Fantastic hotel in HCM

The property was a 10 min car trip from the airport, which was important for us as we only had an 8 hour layover in HCM before heading to London. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room spacious & well appointed. We walked for 5 mins & found a street for a massage & a great choice of restaurants to eat before heading back to shower & rest.

Overall good with some maintenance

Breakfast was served internationally and was acceptable as it is. The amazing part was how spacious the room and view is, in addition, the bed was comfy.

The toilet lights were a bit faulty, short circuit sound could be heard clearly
