    Night party by few guests went too long until 3am, which disrupted our sleep. Arrangement for the breakfast was made a night earlier as we had to leave early the following morning. The kitchen staff didn't show up in the morning, disappointing..

    We were not informed by the hotel that the Holi celebrations were on the 7th of March in Rajasthan and were asked to make the full payment in advance. we reached on the 7th afternoon thinking Holi is on the 8th of March (it was on the 8th March 2023 in all of north India). we missed all the fun and the purpose of our travel as well. nonetheless, we requested the hotel to cancel our booking for the 8th so that we can go back home and celebrate Holi in Delhi, but the greedy staff didn't refund us stating that "they don't really get bookings on the property otherwise so they can't let go of the revenue from this booking". we had to stay and miss out because we had paid an exorbitant amount of money already. worst experience. 0 empathy from the management. Food Quality is pathetic - taste is pathetic. Prices of the in-house restaurant are super high considering the quality, quantity, and taste of the food.

    The overall stay experience was very bad and no value for money spent. My learning is that apparranaces are deceptive.

    The service is pathetic. The breakfast wasnt ready until 8:15. It is sheer waste of money. The picture shown in booking.com is very misleading but in reality it is very average. The rooms also didnt have any toiletries. The rate charged by them is too high for the facilities and overall service.

    not far from Pushkar, clean rooms with very comfy beds and staff were very helpful.
    nothing really. it would be good if they could fix safe deposit boxes in the room.
