Good

Nice hotel, poor planning and not managed well.

Clean and good facilities. Staff were polite but several appeared to have limited English and even though they said yes and agreed to requests many were lost/ignored. Drinks took way too long to be served when the resort was not at full capacity.

Confusing layout and floor numbering. Poorly coordinated with weddings (twice over 5 days we were there), which disrupted the afternoon and evening.

This is at best a 3 star family resort with a great beach and should be describe properly

The location and the beach was very nice

Service was bad . Upon arrival , my window that looks into the corridor the Curtain and blinds fell off , After 3 hours and 4 calls , nobody came to fix it . Room was not cleaned till very late everyday ( post 5pm) . The breakfast was a complete mess and what a way to spoil your morning . Management is visible but not hands on and not directing a clearly very disorientated team

Great family resort!

Its a great family resort with a huge pool and direct access to the beach. Variety of food options, and the set up & size of family / connecting rooms were really good. CJ from the kids club made our children happy and kept them engaged and busy, thanks so much! The staff in general are eloquent, happy to assist and always greet guests with a smile. We had an incident where we needed a doctor to see our son and the hotel accommodated an onsite visit in the middle of the night in no time. The beach & the property were always spotless, clean and maintained very well. We were pleased with the hygiene / ambience of the place in general.

In room dining & room service were too slow. Sometimes it seemed like they had forgotten about us and wed have to call them back to remind them. Theres a water sports facilities booth on the hotels beach which was great. However, it was fully booked on the day and concierge still refused to help us find somewhere else out. We had to sort it ourselves. The buffet at the market didnt have many vegetarian options which was slightly disappointing.

Overall good, great hospitality, cleanliness and standard of food to be improved.

Amazing beach and pool area. Gardens are so nice very different to the next door resorts

Did not think the food was particularly good. The Christmas Eve buffet was terrible. Struggled to see what made it Christmas inspired. Food was cold, turkey seemed to be rationed. Not worth the money paid which equated to 50 per head.

Donr choose this hotel

The beach is very nice!

It dosent seem like a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Its very old, they dont have enough sunbeds for everyone and maybe 10 umbrellas for the whole hotel. The beach towels has wholes and ripped, but usually they say we dont have towels come In 30 mins. Breakfast is horrible, food tastes like in the army canteen. They bring smt out and in 3 mins its gone and you have to wait for 30 mins until they bring it again just to see it gone in a few minutes. Even for Fruits they have just watermelon and apple (or smt like this) super strange for a tropical island not to have any tropical fruits. And then rooms. Just something I have never seen before. The only window is facing the corridor, where people walk or just a wall or a staircase. You are in one of the most beautiful island in the world , and have no view. And staff is not really friendly.
