I'm disabled and can't go up stairs, they found me a room down stairs for me. Everything was great.

Could see daylight from the bottom half of the door. Toilet was dirty and smelly. Small amounts of mold in shower

Wouldnt go back or recommend.

Bed was ok. Had fridge in room.

Loud neighbors. Smoking neighbors on balcony for non-smoking rooms. Was there 2 weeks & had to hunt down staff to get clean towels. Mystery stains on walls.
