Dorms are at basements

There is no blanket and hot water to bath. Even they are not providing drinking water. Rooms are not clean, i didn't find dust bin to through tje waste. Need to improve.

It's scarry don't visit it at all i have done mistake don't you do.. I thought it was beautiful but it's unhygienic as well as underground rooms are half in water the person or owner don't maintain it
